We’re offering the following positions for our Branch in Balikpapan:

1. Services Automation Manager (SAM)

Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure the growth and profitability of Automation Services, to identify and prioritize opportunities, to maintain order achievement and Execution.

Requirements:
*
Graduated from Electrical/ Electronics Engineering from reputable University S1 Degree.
*
Minimum 5 years experiences.
*
Able to communicate in English, Computer literate and Negotiation Skills.
*
Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
*
Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
*
Familiar with Automation Product knowledge, Application System, Project Management, Commercial knowledge and Market Competition.

2. Techno Commercial Services Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible to manage TC Services team in offering, executing services orders to secure the achievement of sales and gross margin yearly target, to follow up the project status, to secure portfolio of invoice.

Requirements:
*
Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power from reputable University S1 Degree.
*
Minimum 5 years experiences.
*
Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.
*
Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
*
Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
*
Familiar with Schneider Product knowledge, Tender/ Contract/ Project Management, Quality Management, Industrial Management, Electrical Network and Basic Design.

3. SALES ENGINEER (SE)

Responsibilities:
Responsible to maintain & develop present and new customer, to promote and sell Schneider product & offer, to gain customers’ requirements and provide technical solution based on their needs. Candidate must process strong drive to achieve sales target.


Requirements:
*
Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power or Control from reputable University S1 Degree.
*
Minimum 2 years experiences.
*
Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.
*
Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
*
Able to work under pressure, good teamwork.
*
Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider products in Medium & Low Voltage are definite advantages.
