CONSUMER & TRADE LUMINARIES PRODUCT MANAGER (1 positions) • Lighting • Jakarta
Responsible to manage product portfolio, roadmap, pricing and other related marketing tasks to meet channels’ customers needs profitably and grow the business, with Key Area Accountabilities : Develop and implement Marketing Plan; Seek, gather and understand end-users insights and needs via researches or studies; Analyze maintain market opportunity, secondary data, trends, competition and master data; Define and maintain the product portfolio & strategy, pricing policy and strategy per channel; Formulate and execute the new product introduction as well as track the development; Achieve, analyze Top and Bottom Line result & target channel per BU together with monthly form 9 report and forecast per BU and channels; Train internal and external on product & application knowledge.
High leadership potential; at least 4 years working in marketing or product management from leading professional / electronic products or FMCG companies, Possess experience in home lifestyle, interiors, sanitary and furniture's; lighting application/design knowledge will also be considered favorably; Proficient in English both speaking and written; excellent communication & presentation skills; Good analytical & excellent personal and interpersonal skills; Honesty, Positive attitude, good self-confidence, independence and consistence .
SALES & MARKETING TRAINING MANAGER (1 position) • Lighting • Jakarta
Responsible to prepare Sales & Marketing (S&M) training programs covering curriculum, matrix & master plan; Ensure all S&M activities are executed as per planning: Summarize overall training activities into regular basis (Monthly/Quarterly/Semesterly/Annually; Facilitated & coordinated induction training; Act as Trainer for some S&M training programs, Responsible & conformance in all aspects with relevant audits scope (e.g. ISO, ICS) ; Work together with concerned departments coordinating review, workshop, QIC, deployment etc, related with S&M training programs; Coordinate with concerned department admin in coordinating relevant training program an d updating department heads.

Responsible to manage distributors meets with BBS as join performance indicator; Working together with distributor to find untapped opportunity of improvement and strengthen what went well for business growing; Demand generation by managing sales pipeline & clear steps will be done for customer have opportunity for upgrade and convert Interact with either internal or external customers (distributors) as well as providing services & relationship towards customers in order to achieve business objectives.
