Requirement :
1. A Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Technical Engineering or Public Health from reputable local/international university.
2. Have been in front line management position for the last 3 years
3. Have in depth knowledge in HSEQ Management System
4. Max 35 year old
5. Have in depth knowledge on international standard such as :
- AK3 Umum
- First Aid
- AMDAL
- Labor Law
- Transportation
- ANSI
- Health National regulation
- Risk Management
- Fire Fighting (NFPA)
- OSHAS 18001
- ISO 14001
- ISO 9001
6. Excellent command of the English language with good writing and communication skills, and full computer literacy
7. Soft skill :
- Detail oriented
- Planning & organizing
- Leadership
- Customer oriented
- Monitoring and controlling
8. Good communication and interpersonal skill and the ability to work effectively as an individual or part of a team
Main Job :
To Develop and implement Corporate HSE program, facilitating and assisting technical implementation of HSEQ management system according to applied standard to attain organization effectiveness including risk management in MDI and subsidiaries.
