Assistant Business Support Officer / Assistant GA Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:
* Perform the budget composition administration of all goods necessity, both inventory and office equipment for one year-budgeting period in related branch.
* Perform the periodic and sudden controlling on overall fixed asset, cleanness and neatness of bank inventory warehouse and file.
* Convey the detailed report on the quantity of goods/fixed asset, office equipment owned by branch and periodically report the use of office equipment and office suppplies from time to time.
* Create other reports related to general administration to be reported to General Division Head.
