1. Partner Capacity Planning Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsibilities:
o The mission of the Partner Strategy and Program group is to drive the growth of a competitive and loyal Partner Ecosystem, lead channel strategy development, build new partner communities, and focus on long-term capacity planning. This role leads the area/subsidiary Partner Capacity Planning function, and as such is viewed as a leading voice to the area /subsidiary GM/VP, in all channel capacity aspects of the area or subsidiary. This role drives marketing excellence and high utilization of MSPP Engines to ensure revenue growth, effective planning for the growth of the business, and positive partner satisfaction and perception around engagement with Microsoft.


o We are looking for high energy, results driven individuals to manage the planning process and models to insure that Microsoft has the right (optimal) partner capacity, as well as the number and coverage of partner resources to achieve its objectives in the marketplace. This position will drive the evolution, implementation, and management of the annual capacity planning model and process, in conjunction with the corporate partner capacity shared services group, to ensure we have the right partners (both quantity and quality) in our ecosystem.


* Specific responsibilities:
o Drive and execute an all-up Capacity Planning model for the assigned area of responsibility. This model will have segmentation across geography; partner skill/focus area aligned to partner type, and provide prescriptive guidance for the appropriate field and HQ roles to execute the model.
o Develop partner capacity ecosystem framework. Along with delivering the model, a framework needs to be provided so key members of each Area team can determine how to best optimize their Area’s partner ecosystem. Specifically, the framework should provide guidance on how to assess partner productivity and, ultimately, provide transparency as to how best to close the capacity gaps. In addition, this role will assist the field teams to interpret the output of the model to determine resources and programs needed to support the capacity strategy and the changing partner ecosystem. In addition, the framework should give guidance on which recruitment activities need to occur to further address the capacity gaps.
o Ensure appropriate executives and Area roles are embracing and leveraging the model and framework. The individual must drive field leadership and influence. Specifically, there needs to be additional focus on providing guidance and business insight to the Leadership Team.
o Ensure activities are connected and integrated to address the capacity gaps. Corporate activities are spread across multiple groups outside of the Partner Enablement Team and include groups like the Marketing, Segment Marketing Teams and other partner groups within Microsoft. This role will be responsible for setting annual partner targets and for aligning outputs with partner program and partner enablement teams.
o Be the authority on Capacity Planning in your Geography. Ultimately, you will be the expert on Capacity Planning and modeling. As a result, you will need to represent the model and the assumptions across the Area and to our World Wide Business Groups.

2. Account Manager (Education)

Responsibilities:
* Department: Public Sector
* Reports To: Public Sector Director
* The Account Manager (Education) is responsible for working with education customers and partners to achieve academic sales targets. While the bulk of this individual’s efforts will be spent at named major accounts, the expectation is that he or she would also provide sales and marketing leadership for the overall education sector for the country. To be successful, the individual must be able to effectively sell across all levels of the customer organization, from IT professionals to CxOs. In addition, strong collaborative skills are essential to bring together a virtual team comprising education domain experts within Microsoft and its partners to effectively pursue and close large enterprise deals.


* Responsibilities:
o Attain or exceed the subsidiary’s education sales quota by:
o Identifying and closing end-to-end solution opportunities in major educational accounts.
o Build relationships at the appropriate levels with key partners to jointly pursue and close large solution opportunities at enterprise accounts.
o Build and manage a partner ecosystem comprising Academic Education Re-Sellers, System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors to effectively cover breadth opportunities across the country.
o Establish and maintain regular dialogues with business decision makers and key influencers of academic institutions to create meaningful, trusted relationships and partnerships.
o Collaborating with partners and marketing to identify trends and develop sales and promotional plans to increase Microsoft’s education revenue.
o Track competitive activity and build plans to effectively counter it.
o Build a network of influential supporters who will champion the use of Microsoft technologies.

Requirements:

* Having 5-8 years in sales with successful track record in selling to enterprise accounts, and proven account management and business planning skills.
* Previous experience in managing business partnerships with solution providers, or partners preferred.
* Strong negotiation, written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with very senior executives.
* Superior commitment to customer service.
* Knowledge of Microsoft's products and of competitive platforms and tools.
* Relevant sales experience within the Education industry will be an added advantage.
* Degree in Marketing, Business or the equivalent preferred.
