Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or Communications preferred.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply or minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Public Relation preferred
Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation skills and human relations
Can work under pressure, both in independently and as a part of team
Competent in Filing and Administration
Computer literate is a must
Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa

Responsibilities:
Make job advertisements and publish it
Sort candidate’s profile regarding with the requirements
Arrange Job Expo, Campus Event Recruitment schedule
Coordinate and maintain cooperation with inter department as users
Coordinate and maintain cooperation with head hunters
Psychological test / Interview scheduling & administrations for recruitment process
Maintain absence recruitment report
HR Document Filing & Correspondence
Administer employee / applicant data
Candidate should live in Bandung or willing to be positioned in Bandung (if Based in Bandung)
