Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia - National Office are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and dynamic person to fill the vacant position of Tax Manager.

Tax Manager

In charge for such a pivotal role, ideally, the incumbent would demonstrate the following qualifications :

Bachelor's (S1) Degree majoring in accounting or fiscal
Having good tax knowledge - a certificate of Brevet B would be an advantage
Previously having an experience in handling tax matters would be an advantage
Has to his credit a minimal of five (5) years working experience in, management or any of the related vacations as a supervisor or above;
Your success will be largely attributed to coordinating the organizations in delivering the Core Business Plans, therefore, excellent interpersonal skills as well as a solid track record in accomplishing the predetermined deadlines in a highly dynamic environment is a must;
Very good on coaching and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must, in both verbal and written English
Exhibit tenacity and energy to be able maintaining steady performance, even under pressure situations;
Upholding coordination functions of a range of services, thus your strong leadership skills will be the testimony to your successes
‘Know-how’ on CCBI’s Business Knowledge would be an advantage


In brief, the incumbent would be exposed to the following tasks:

Ensuring that all tax reporting (CIT - Corporate Income Tax, VAT - Value added Tax, and witholding taxes), are accurately calculated and filed with the tax office timely.
Ensuring that all tax recordings and filing systems in CCBI and its operations are done properly.
Ensuring that a monthly tax reconciliations are prepare accurately and timely. The reconciliations are related to all taxes and for all operations.
Ensuring that the tax database system are done properly
Conducting compliance review for tax purposes to all operations in CCBI and ensure that all are in line with the tax regulation
In-charge for any tax audit and ensure that all supporting documents for tax audit are provided as per requirement and minimize any exposure that will be raised in the tax audit
Supporting operations during the tax audit process
Preparing a tax forecasting and ensure accuracy of this forecasting
Giving assistance to other functions in the business and create opportunities to make some improvements in tax area, especially for tax reporting and compliance
Regular review to the tax provision
