LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT HEAD (L&D)

Develop, conduct and maintain training program for employee’s empowerment

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree; overseas graduate would be an advantage
5-8 hands on experience in training, preferably from banking, insurance or any financial service companies
Able to design, deliver and evaluate trainings
Familiar with Competency Development Concept
Good communication in English is a must
Strong presentation and negotiation skill

Responsibilities:
Lead L&D team consist of 5 people
Plan, execute or conduct and evaluate overall training programs for the bank
Manage and control training budget
Develop curriculum, syllabus and schedule of trainings
Develop competency development program
Develop and deliver soft skill and leadership trainings
Lead talent review and HiPo determination process
Manage Performance Appraisal, including mid year review process
Roll out and lead Management Development Program
Manage training premises, logistics and its arrangements
Manage cross country staff exchange program
Liaise with local and overseas training vendors
