1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (3 Position) • Lighting • Surabaya
Responibilities
To analyze and improve work-flow, lay out, working methods, and ergonomic aspects.
Develops cost effectiveness for overall manufacturing activities, determine optimum resources required for manufacturing activities.
Establish and develops technical data collection and monitoring system Collate and analyze data with respect to factory efficiency, perform special projects and feasibility study where and whenever necessary, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance to environment, safety and health policy and supervise all the implementation of authorized personal policies, rules, regulations and safety & health standards
Requirements
Fresh graduates with Engineering (Industrial; Mechanical & Chemical) bachelor degree are welcome to apply.
Those with 1 to 2 years of industrial working experience will also be considered favorably.
The successful candidates will possess good personality and honesty, dynamic, able to influence others, good leadership, and ability to perform under pressure
2. ENGINEER - LiDAC (1 position) • Lighting
Responsibilities
Responsible to Deliver professional lighting design and proposal, build and execute specifier program to strengthen the relationship, drive our specification to specifiers and owners, build LiDAC competency and community within internal and Project Dealer
Support sales team in acquiring projects and achieve channel objectives you’ll deal with key account customers (dealers, consultants, contractors, and owners) to obtain market information and to collaborate with Product Management in analyzing and extracting those information.
Requirements
Three years working experiences Lighting designer (preferably from Architectural Architects, interior design, Engineering Bachelor)
You are are strive excellent process and result
Understand about civil & architect drawing
Experiences with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Calculux-Dialux, and other related software & computer literate
You have good personal & interpersonal skill, leadership potential, teamwork player.
