1. QEMS INTERNAL AUDITOR
Directorate: Corporate Governance and Compliance
Location: Narogong – Kabupaten Bogor
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the sustainability of Quality, Environmental Management System (QEMS) implementation within the company by conducting sustainability program including QEMS Internal Audit, act as internal consultant on QEMS Implementation, providing and update information related to the Quality and Environmental Legislation and standard, propose best practice for development and improving QEMS implementation and to train and coach related parties.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Environmental Engineering preferably
having Certificate in Quality and Environment Management System.
- Experiences:
more than 5 years experience in heavy processing industry in the areas of quality, environmental management system improvement.
ISO System Design and development experience.
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of environmental law, precedent and practice & ISO Standards.
Good process and industry knowledge and ability to analyze technical & management issues.
Good level of understanding of local cultural issues and people.
QEMS Internal Audit experience and environment management operational.
Good communication and strong inter-personnel skills to system socialization and promotion.
Teamwork oriented.
2. QUARRY PLANNING ENGINEER
Directorate: Manufacturing
Location: Narogong
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to assist Quarry Dev & Quality Control Superintendent in preparing planning & evaluation of quarry activities (limestone & shale at Narogong site and silica at Cibadak site) technically and cost concern. The person also has to assist him in preparing some reports, controlling the raw material quality and progress of quarry.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree from Mining Engineering.
- Experiences:
- Preferably with at least 3-5 years experience as quarry planning Staff.
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP program PP module, Datamine software, QSO.
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications:
Good knowledge of cement manufacturing process.
Good knowledge of quarry operational, blasting technique and quarry design planning.
Knowledge of quarry policy and all reports required.
Understand of K3 for quarry & environment policies.
Knowledge of raw material management.
Understand principle of heavy equipments.
Good leadership skill.
Have strong personal and interpersonal skills.
Teamwork oriented.
3. MECHANICAL TEAM MEMBER
Directorate: Manufacturing
Location: Cilacap – Central Java
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to maintain all mechanical equipments in the Plant involving repairing, replacing and modification jobs and supervise all mechanical jobs to be done by Contractor in daily and within shutdown to achieve Maintenance target with safety, quality assurance and suitable cost.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma (Polytechnique/D3) from Mechanical Eng with min 2 years experience in Mechanical.
- Experiences: Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical work and additional
experience in Mining Industry preferably in Cement.
- Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes
- Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualifications:
Understand cement production process, including main and auxiliary equipment.
Understand and be able to follow mechanical work procedure, including of assembling.
Understand and be able to use mechanical equipment and tools (such as : welding machine, Lathe/Milling/Cutting/Press/Grinding/Drilling and Boring machine).
Understand conceptual of mechanical drawing and mechanical properties of materials.
Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Have a good relationship with colleagues, supervisors and plant personnel.
Teamwork oriented.
Good communication and inter personal skills.
