Dalam rangka revitalisasi penyuluhan pertanian untuk mewujudkan visi pertanian modern berbasis iptek , berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan, Departemen Pertanian akan merekrut tenaga-tenaga (SDM) yang mampu melaksanakan tugas-tugas penyuluhan pertanian di desa-desa di seluruh Indonesia, dengan status sebagai Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) Penyuluh Pertanian yang akan ditempatkan di kecamatan/desa di seluruh Indonesia. Penempatan Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) tersebut akan mempertimbangkan kedudukan/domisili calon THL Penyuluh yang bersangkutan

We are established and one of the biggest Palm Oil, Rubber Plantations and CPO Mills companies based in Kuningan, South Jakarta. Triputra Agro Persada is a group plantations in Indonesia who has 500,000 hectares land bank in excess of 120,000 hectares of plantations and mills that located in Jambi, Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and South Kalimantan with 33 estates that supported by more than 11,000 employees. 1. Plantation Supporting Crew(PSC)
(Head Office and Groups)
Responsibilities:
to manage, plan, monitors & develops head office daily operations to support all of estate activities also enhance organization's performance.
Requirements:
Male or female, possess min. bachelor degree in Agriculture, Management, Accounting, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Geodesy, Chemical), Law, Psychology, IT, Social, Geography, R&D, GIS or other related degree from reputable university.
Having experiences in Business Development (GIS/Mapping & Surveyor), Business Process (Design & Modelling, Implementation, Monitoring & Optimalization), Accounting & Tax, Treasury & Site Operation, Funding, Budget Controll, Mill Development (Engineering, Design, Drafter, Spec Analist, Sisdur, Audit, Machinery, Maintenance, System Control, SHE, S/P Control), Infrastructure Development (Central Surveyor & heavy Equipment), Procurement (Technical, Non Technical, Inventory Purchaser, Administration), PPIC (Materi Planning, Logistik & Inventory Control, Operation Control), Document License (General License & IL& IUP Process, LC Process, HGU Process, Forest Clearence & Amdal Process, Legal Admin), HRD & GA (Organization Design & HR System, Recruitment & Assesment, Industrial Relation, People Development, Office & Asset Management, Public Communication, Travel Administration, Transportation, General Cost, Asset & insurance, Maintenance & Facility), Corporate Legal, Agronomy (Pest & Diseases Protection, R & D and Manuring Fertilizer, Oil Palm Rubber Technical Culture, Plantations QC, GIS, Mapping & Database), IT (System & Database Administrator, Infrastrucutre & Support, Netwrok Specialist, Server & Client Support, Application System Installer, Helpdesk) at managerial min. 10 years and supervision level min. 5 years in palm oil or rubber plantation industry (preferable).
Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible, high attention to details, active and able to work independently as well as in teams.
Familiar with computer literate (Ms. Office)
Possess strong leadership, good communication and people management skills.
Highly self-motivated, initiative and self-driven team player.
Willing to travel across Indonesia.
2. Plantation Management Crew(PMC)
(Site / Estate Placement)
Responsibilities:
To manage, plan, control & develops estate operations to achieve company targets also monitors all of estate crew activities.
Requirements:
Male, possess min. bachelor degree in Agriculture, Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Geodesy, Chemical, SHE), PR, Communication, Law, Social, Geography, R&D, GIS or other related degree from reputable university.
Having experiences in estate management (Administratur, Askep Plasma & Inti, KTU, Ka.Teknik & Mill), Field management (Surveyor, Bibitan, Tanaman, Audit Agronomi, Plasma), Estate Administration (Keuangan, HR/GA, Warehouse, Procurement), Estate Technical (Workshop, Transport, Civil, SHE), Mill Operation (R&D, Proses, PPIC, Maintenance), Estate D&L (Community Development/CSR, Kemitraan, Legal) at managerial level min. 7 years and supervisor level min. 3 years in palm oil or rubber plantation industry (preferable).
Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible, high attention to details, active and able to work independently as well as in teams.
Good command English both oral or written is a good advantage.
Possess strong leadership, good communication and people management skills.
Highly self-motivated, initiative and self-driven team player.
Willing to be located in sites (Kalimantan, Sumatra & Sulawesi).
