Pendaftaran CPNS Polines
Formasi : Lowongan PNS Dosen, Administrasi dan Teknisi
Politeknik Negeri Semarang (Polines) tahun ini akan mengadakan seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) untuk formasi dosen dan non dosen. Menurut Direktur Polines, Drs H Sugiharto MM, alokasi formasi adalah untuk tiga orang masing-masing terdistribusi untuk jabatan dosen, staf administrasi, dan teknisi.
Dijelaskannya, kualifikasi pendidikan untuk jabatan dosen adalah S2 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informatika, atau Ilmu Komputer. IPK ijazah S1 = 2,75 dan IPK S2 = 3,00 dan disyaratkan pula ijazah S1 dan S2 harus linear. Untuk jabatan teknisiadalah lulusan D-III Teknik Elektro, sedangkan kualifikasi pendidikan untuk jabatan Staf Administrasi adalah D III Akuntansi. Usia pendaftar minimal 18 tahun dan maksimal 35 tahun.
Menurut Sugiharto, lamaran ditulis dengan tinta hitam dan ditandatangani pelamar dengan menyebutkan jabatan yang akan dilamar tanpa materai. Alamat pengiriman ditujukan ke Menteri Pendidikan Nasional melalui Direktur Politeknik Negeri Semarang. Dengan dilampiri 1 lembar fotokopi ijazah D III (formasi Teknisi dan staf administrasi) dan ijazah S1 dan S2 untuk formasi dosen.
Selain itu dilampiri pula dua lembar pas photo hitam putih 3 X 4 cm. Surat lamaran, lanjutnya, disampaikan melalui jasa pos atau diserahkan langsung ke Sub Bagian Kepegawaian, Gedung Administrasi Pusat Polines, Jl Prof H Sudarto SH Tembalang. Waktu pendaftaran 13-23 September 2008 mulai pukul 09:00-14:00

Job Description:
Responsible for planning and implementation for Sales support and corporate events.
Develop concepts and implement Campaign; and activities such as: Contests, Sales Support, Relationship with school, etc.
Create innovative marketing communication programs, such as discount, gimmick and special prize, e-marketing, etc.
Market Research and marketing Intelligence. (Customer and Competitor analysis Industry and Competitive dynamics, tracking study, Marketing mix assessment).
Together working with Marketing to develop the Corporate Marketing Strategy House.
Understanding of customers and the competition. Understanding of environmental and industry trends and their impact on the business.
Understanding of financial principles and how to manage budgets.
Ability to work efficiently both in a team-based environment and independently.
Strong understanding of international work culture and ethics.
General Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelors Degree (S1), preferably majoring in marketing; management; and/or public relations (overseas graduates preferred) with more than 5 years working experience.
Must be able to communicate effectively both in written and spoken English and Indonesian, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
Capable of influencing people in order to achieve desired results.
Strong PC skills and knowledge of common software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel quite frequently.
