Qualifications :
ü Having exceptional interpersonal, communication, & presentation skill.
ü Confident, energetic, proactive, & able to thrive in fast-paced.
ü Team player with exceptional coordination skill.
ü Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate.
ü Willing to be located at Lippo Karawaci, & willing to travel.
ü Min. S1 degree in any discipline from reputable University, with GPA ≥ 3.00.
ü Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position (TNA, developing training modules, training delivery, post training evaluation).
ü Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
