1. Assistant Manager - Wealth
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta, Medan and Surabaya)
Reporting to the Relationship Manager – Wealth, this role will be responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager – Wealth, to identify customer needs, as well as supporting the Relationship Manager in Investment & Insurance product sales to customers, and ongoing customer service.
The ideal candidate would need to be a highly result oriented person with a demonstrated sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales. Knowledge in basic banking products and investment products & local regulatory requirements is strongly preferred. In addition to the above, good understanding of financial service industry and bank distribution channels, wealth management services, processes, systems, policies and operations and high computer literacy would be required.
The role would require excellent personal organisation and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow through prioritisation of tasks and diary management. Ability to build relationships and networks with demonstrated success in developing a new customer base, and deep customer relationships is another essential requirement.
2. Relationship Manager - Wealth
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta, Medan and Surabaya)
Reporting to the Branch Manager and Head of Wealth Management Indonesia, this role will be responsible for understanding customer needs; actively educating existing and potential customers about Investment & Insurance products; growing sales of Investment & Insurance products to qualified customers; development of ongoing customer relationship and service.
Tertiary Qualification in a business related field, such as Bachelor of Business/Management/Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Economics is a pre-requisite for this role. Also, a demonstrated sales experience and proven track record of exceeding sales targets is essential for this role. Knowledge in basic banking products and investment products is another key requirement.
In addition to the above the ideal candidate would need to have a good understanding of bank distribution channels, wealth management services, processes, systems, policies and operations. The role would also require you to possess the ability to think and communicate clearly. Ability to build relationships and networks with demonstrated success in developing a new customer base, and deep customer relationships is another essential requirement.
