Personal Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
at least 3 years of experience in similar job function
possessing mechanical designs skill
computer literate
leadership potential
teamwork player.
Responsibilities :
Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and creating conducive operating conditions towards the attainment of World-class standard;
Analyze & improvement with particular focus on automation projects, waste elimination and spare parts cost reduction, define project team members;
Facilitate project execution;
Monitor and review the result;
Define significant process and product characteristics in manufacturing.
Process based on customer needs;
Guide production team to develop & carry out process capability improvement plans;
Establish & monitoring maintain plant wide SPC activities
