PT Semen Andalas Indonesia a subsidiary of world leader in cement manufacturing and building material having its operation in Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau and Batam invites you to join our team to be based in Lhoknga Nangroe Aceh Darussalam as:

SAFETY – SUPERINTENDENT (Code: SAST) ----> 1position

SAFETY – SUPERVISOR (Code: SASR) ----> 2positions

SAFETY – OFFICER (Code: SAOF) ----> 2positions


General Requirements:
University graduate (D3/S1) with min 5years (SASR, SAOF), and 8 years (SAST) working experience in the relevant area, preferably in construction
Deep Understanding on cement manufacturing process or similar industries, familiar with offshore pilling operations and experience in offshore safety is an advantage (SAS)
Strong knowledge in occupational safety and health procedures and regulations as well risk assessment
Familiar with Scaffolding, Civil Works Safety, Work at High, Lifting and Rigging, Methods statement
Good technical skills in safety audit, inspection, work incident investigation and RCA.
Hold government or standard safety certification (Ahli K3), familiar with permit to work system
Able to identify unsafe working and workplace conditions and conduct incident investigation.

Competencies:
Computer literate for Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
Good Communication, fluent in English and Bahasa (additional Mandarin is advantage)

Reports to Safety Manager, the candidate will spend most time at field and responsible to:
Conduct daily safety inspection to support implementation of company’s policy on the health and safety management system (HSMS/SMK3) as well improve health and safety awareness for employees and contractors
Managing the EHS administration and report, and coordinate the safety function in the respective department.
Conduct daily safety inspection, and record any unsafe conditions and unsafe acts, and propose recommendation and evaluation for further actions.
Supervise working activities in the plant area, mainly at the high risk places and safety preventive action.
Assist superior in the safety incidents investigation, analyze and evaluation.
Conduct regular inspection and regular maintenance on the safety equipments to ensure all equipments are in good condition and ready to use at any time.
Ensure a safe working condition in the working location to support the company’s policy to achieve target zero accident.
