1. TD - Yield Defect Density Principal Engineer/ Senior Engineer

Job Purpose:
To drive yield improvement and defect reduction activities with module / integration groups
Principal Accountabilities:
Able to create inspection recipe for inline defect inspection tools such as KLA 23xx, KLA 28xx, AIT-XUV, COMPLUS, PUMA, ESCAN300, ESCAN380.
Create recipes for SEM review station eg. SV G2, SV G2+, SV G3.
Able to utilized nuisance suppression technique (eg, OTF, ADC, RTC, SAT, iADC, RBB, iD0) to reduce nuisance defect capture rate.
Drive for defect reduction through defect trend charts monitoring and analysis.
Liaise with process engineers in different modules to troubleshoot for inline defects and defect reduction activities, and ability to employed appropriate D0 inspection tool to capture DOI.
Provide scan support capabilities to YE/ PI group on yield improvement activities·
Train D0 Engineers or AEs to ensure they are knowledgeable to run their routine job, and train D0 engineers in the analysis of technical defect and yield data·
Work with modules and integration on engineering splits in support of defect reduction purposes.
Provide support to yield prediction and integrated yield management activities.
To assist section manager to monitor scheduled and ad-hoc tasks and to ensure smooth functioning of the team with minimized hiccups.
Requirements:
Masters/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
3 – 5 years’ relevant fab experience preferred
Effective and open leadership style.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good team player.
2. Product Marketing Senior Engineer / Engineer
(Singapore - Woodlands[Map])
Job Purpose:
To manage departmental projects in support of the marketing department across multiple Fabs and customers.
Principal Accountabilities:
Consolidation MPW (Multiple Project Wafers) tapeout forecast from all regions so as to facilitate MPW support to meet customer’s prototype to manufacturing plans.
Drive MPW projects in order to make it more competitive and accessible for customers and approved participants.
Lead the company’s Turnkey marketing efforts through understanding customer’s requirements and proposing an offering to meet their needs.
Be a member of a team to improve company’s portals (intranet and internet). Ensuring accuracy of information and continually updated.
Requirements:
Masters or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in wafer fabrication environment.
Good business acumen with flare for marketing concepts.
Ability to manage project timeline and results driven.
Self motivated and ability to work within a team.
Good inter-personal & communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with both external and internal customers at all levels and from various cultural background.
