Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia – East Java Operation are looking for a high driven, enthusiastic, and dynamic person to fill the vacant position of Technical Operations & logistics Manager.

Technical Operations & Logistics Manager – East Java Operation

In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:
Holds Bachelor (S1) Degree from any discipline;
Having to his credit a total of Ten (10) years working experience with a minimal of two (5) years experience in somewhat the same / equal exposures;
Managing a big number of employees, the incumbent is required to demonstrate a high degree of managerial and leadership skill;
Good communication and presentation skills, both in English and Bahasa.
Demonstrate excellent conceptual and strategic thinking;
Business acumen (driving profitable business strategy coupled with superb business understanding);


Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent would be part of the Senior Management in managing and developing the East Java Operation.

In his capacity as the TECHNICAL OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS MANAGER, the successful candidate would plan a significant role in controlling and ensuring that the plant operation will be managed in line with THE COCA-COLA COMPANY (TCCC) standards of quality and cost efficiently. Accordingly plays a significant role in ensuring stock availability, both at the Plant and Sales Center, corresponding to the sales and marketing forecasts, the incumbent would be accountable for the following chores:

Preparing Annual and Three-Years Business Plans in line with the guidance from Head Office (TOL-NO);
Monitoring and controlling plant activities so as to be in line with the standards of Beverage Quality Manual (BQM), The Coca-Cola Company Quality System (TCCC-QS) and Standard GMP from The Coca-Cola System;
Evaluating, monitoring and controlling the implementation of “Action Plans”, likewise reviewing the Plant’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as an overall so as to be in line with the predetermined budgets and targets;
Giving guidance and directions, likewise motivating the team so as to uphold the dynamism of organization in achieving the set targets;
Ensuring stock availability at the plant and all sales centers, so as to ensure the achievement of predetermined sales forecasts;
Optimizing all available resources so as to ensure highly efficient and productive production activities;
Ensuring that all plant operations upheld in compliance with Environment Health & Safety Standards;
Maintaining good liaison with local communities, as well as local government institutions;
