Qualifications:
Possess strong business sense, high integrity, good interpersonal skill and ability to motivate sales team/subordinate
Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker
Familiar with pressure of high target environment
Preferably from telecommunication and consumer goods background
Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Male
Degree from reputable universities
Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level with exposures in distribution management and area monitoring
