Requirements:
Hold Bachelor (S1) degree major in Management or Accounting with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
Preferably has 1 year experience as administration staff (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
Female, single, age maximum 22 - 25 years old
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Has good computer skill
Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative
Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime
Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team


Responsibilities:
Payroll (salary, overtime, bonus, etc.)
Personnel (employee data, employee contract, attendance, leave new employee)
Employee attention (sick, death, baby born)
Benefit (medical, hospital, glasses)
HRIS (Updated data)
Outsource (Monitoring)
