1. Engineering and Construction Project Manager
Location: Based in Jakarta office and Project Site, Jakarta Raya, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
The project manager will be overall responsible for the establishing the project scope, appointing qualified and experienced consultants and contractors, managing the construction phase to ensure the project is executed safely, within schedule and within budget. The project shall be executed in accordance to the processes specified in the Distribution Project Execution Guideline.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in project engineering or management
Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time;
Strong ability of manage contractors;
Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied to Terminals and Depots;
Excellent communication skills and ability to draw upon region and global experience and knowledge;
Willing to be based in Kalimantan area during the project;
Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
2. Senior Engineering Manager
Location: Jakarta Raya, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to manage all Distribution Engineering functions within Indonesia, which includes CAPEX and expense project execution, asset integrity assurance, maintenance management. This role ensures the following conditions are delivered and challenges are addressed:-
Asset integrity is executed in accordance with the plan using the Global Reliability and Integrity (R&I) process, which includes the Tank Integrity Program (TIP) and Pipeline Integrity Program (PIP);
CAPEX program is executed in accordance to plan;
Maintenance is executed in accordance to plan using the Global Maintenance Execution (ME) process;
Existing work processes and organizational structure is effectively transitioned to the Global organization and work processes;
Priorities and strategic direction are aligned with the Global Engineering and Distribution Business priorities.
Requirements:
Engineering degree from a reputable university;
About 10 years experience in Distribution Engineering (specifically in project & maintenance management at a senior leadership level);
Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied to terminals and depots;
Change management experience preferably within the relevant business sectors;
Proficient English language communication skill;
Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
