In Cooperation with a multinational company in Telecommunication Industry, PT. Dian Graha Elektrika is looking for suitable candidates to join our team which will be assigned in the projects of P.T. Nokia Siemens Network.

SITAC SUPERVISOR & COORDINATOR

Requiements:

Minimum S-1 Degree in any background from reputable university with good academic results.
Having at least 2 years of similar working experiences.
Computer literate, excellent command in MS Office.
Good command in English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self motivated, team work oriented, able to work under tight schedules.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to work within time constraint.
Willing to travel for assignment throughout Indonesia and occasionally in other country.
Strong coordination capability in a cross department and functional teams.


Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle the entire implementation process of the SITAC including leading and managing the entire SITAC staffs in the Region.
Ensuring timely completion of all SITAC processes i.e. site hunting, technical site survey, site evaluation, site acquisition including ownership documents verification, permitting arrangement including community socialization meeting, PLN arrangement, design & planning.
Ensuring the maintenance of the quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) during the whole SITAC implementation process on site.
Liaise with customer, receive and collect documents from subcontractor(s) and prepare SITAC Ready announcement.
Ensure that site investigation is conducted on time with complete participants.
Ensure the conformance of candidates to the aspect of buy/lease-able, construct-able and permit-able and the quality (neat/clear, consistent, complete) of their report (SSR).
Prepare Berita Acara Lapangan for any changing from JPP e.g. changing in the area, difficulty to find suitable candidates etc. and get signed by all respective parties.
Receive and collect documents from subcontractor(s) and prepare SITAC Ready announcement.
Support CME team to smoothen the construction activities.
Identifies the needs of regional Site Acquisition personnel and assists the Site Acquisition Manager in resourcing them.
Controls the Site Acquisition process within the region according to defined time schedule, including following up all the needed permits (“Ijin Mendirikan Bangunan”, “Ijin Prinsip”, “Ijin Warga”, “Berita Acara Kesepakatan”, etc) with Subcontractors.
