Base Oil Scheduler

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any discipline;
Minimum five years’ relevant working experience (shipping & scheduling, supply chain, base oils & lubricants);
Excellent Excel & SAP competence;
Experience in managing a wide stakeholder base, often with competing demands & excellent relationship & interface skills;
Authorisation to work in Singapore is required for this position.


Responsibilities:
You will be working in a dynamic trading and supply team to manage supply demand balances & schedule regional bulk base oil supply (vessel);
You will manage the 3 month rolling supply-demand balance with accountability for on time in full supply & shipping performance;
You will also participate in identifying the root cause analysis of supply problems with the various supply chain stakeholders;
You will participate in the various exciting projects in this growing region that require base oil input such as portfolio plays, product networking, blending plant design, product reformulation, etc.
