1. Head of Alliances Management

The incumbent will be responsible to build and maintain a strong portfolio of business partners to enhance AstraWorld’s value to its members.

Responsibilities include:
Acquire new partners and maintain AstraWorld’s existing business partners which consist of internal partners (Astra International and its affiliates) and external partners (merchants)
Negotiate terms of alliances based mutual business benefits and optimal value creation for AstraWorld members
Build and maintain relationship with AstraWorld internal and external partners
Coordinate with relevant partners to support execution of AstraWorld programs and campaigns
Evaluate alliances’ performance and apply improvement actions

Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
Minimum 6 years experience in business alliances development or similar job position
Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Familiar with business contract development process
Possess a vast business network, not limited to automotive industry
Computer literacy and fluency in English


2. Head of Customer Loyalty Program

The incumbent will be responsible to envision, implement and rejuvenate AstraWorld’s loyalty program, starting from ideas generation to program launching.

Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute innovative loyalty program strategy to build customer bonding
Define attractive membership schemes to induce frequent usage of AstraWorld’s benefits
Lead efforts to develop new ideas for loyalty programs, events and promotions
Review creative concepts for loyalty program activation and ensure alignment with business objectives
Evaluate customer loyalty measures and apply improvement actions, including rejuvenating existing programs

Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
Minimum 6 years experience in loyalty program development and execution
Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry
Highly innovative, with innate ability to think out of the box and come up with fresh ideas to build customer loyalty
Strong communication, product development and leadership skills
Proven experience in implementing successful customer loyalty programs
Computer literacy and fluency in English
