INVENTORY PLANNER
TEAM LEADER (IP-TL)
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any fields.Preferably holding a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting
Minimum of 4 years experience in leading the inventory management team in Multinational Company with diversified/ multi products
Good knowledge of MRP/ MPS, WMS (including Finance System is an advantage)
Familiar with the BPCS application system
Good command of English for both Verbal and Written
Proactive, Initiative, Communicative, Problem Solver and Target Oriented person is a must
Good in Planning and Tracking the Project
Result oriented person, self driven, aggressive and highly motivated individual
JOB DESCRIPTION :
To be part of Logistics & Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible to manage the company inventory turn with the adequate inventory level as well as managing the non-working inventory, to do monitoring & tracking the demand & supply planning, including forecast accuracy performance, to have well coordinate with other related functions such as Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse as well as Production, to support the business unit with the inventory performance/ analysis report, to lead and drive the inventory management team (development) to achieve the target, to analyze the inventory data, the process and create the necessary process/ procedure/ project and to enhance the system capability to support the business/ process requirement.
