An established Coal Mining Contractor to the goverment which engaged in the exploration and production of Coal project Located in South - Kalimantan produces high quality thermal coal from an extensive multi-seam deposit. The operation currently produces around 3.5mtpa and is undertaking studies to expand production significantly over the next 2 years. We invite the professionals to be part of our team with the following qualification:

Assistant Legal Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (S1), S2 is preferable.
7 years (min.) of working experience.
Have mining experience is prefered.
Good government relationship.
Should have good track record.
Willing to travel to mine site
Preferably Senior Staffs Specializing in Business Law/Legal Service or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.

Handling government licences of corporate documentation
Handling legal affairs and preparing relevant document data and papers as required by management
Providing advice on legal affairs, issues, etc
Serving as information legal consultant to the organization for all dept.
