QA Supervisor – Laboratory (QASL)
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in related Engineering from reputable university with at least 2 – 4 years experience in multinational companies, and at least 2 year of which will have been in direct quality assurance areas.
Familiar to handle the quality system operation, laboratory management, product release, and internal quality system audit.
English fluency in both writing and speaking.
Computer skilled in Microsoft basis.
Knowledge and experience on the system development, ISO systems, assessment, and supplier development would be an advantage.
Knowledge and experiences in Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance, and / or Just in Time is preferable.
Willing to work in Cikarang Area.
Key Duties:
This position is responsible to handle the quality testing & laboratory management for all product categories that are produced at Cikarang mill, including the development of finished product specification, MSR & BOM development, the laboratory maintenance & testing management, and the compliance of quality testing and laboratory management.
