1. Electrical Maintenance Manager (EMM)

Requirements :
Male
Min S1 in Electrical/Electronics with approximately 15 to 18 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance
With about 5 years in the position of head

2. Civil Maintenance Manager (CMM)

Requirements :
Male
Min S1 Civil Engineering With approximately 15 to 18 years of experience
With at least 5 years as project lead roles

3. Mechanical Maintenance Manager (MMM)

Requirements :
Male
Min S1 In Mechanical with approximately 15 to 18 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance of process plants
With About 5 years in the position of head

4. Production Manager (PM)

Requirements :
Male
Min S1 in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Chemical With approximately 15 to 18 years of experience in production proses of proses plants
With about 5 years in the position of head


All position require :
Candidates to be update with latest knowledge, information and techniques.
Candidates should be well versed with modern maintenance philosophy, TPM, ISO 14000, ISO 9000
The candidate must be a team player and should be able to lead a strong team of professionals working under him.
It is very essential that the candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English and should possess excellent communication skills.
The candidate should be very good at Human Relations Management and should have strong capability to drive continuous improvement initiatives to the workforce.
Candidate should be a target oriented person and should motivate the workforce to achieve the goals set by Management.
