We are a leading Japanese company, having large manufacturing presence in the computer peripherals industry and as TEAC Worldwide Group’s first plant in Indonesia, looking for high caliber professional to be located in Batam.

Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM) (Based in BATAM)

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, while post graduated degree or MBA in Finance will be an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in electronics manufacturing environment or with a MNC, which last 3 years in managerial position.
CPA qualification or working experience with one of Big 4 consulting firm will be advantage.
Good understanding of Accounting Principles and Practice and tax regulations.
Understanding of Bonded Zone regulation and practice will be an advantage.
Able to well comprehend key business drives and forward-looking in new initiatives.
Must be a team player, poses excellent communication, leadership and people management skills.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and a commitment for excellence.
Poses an analytical skill with an eye for detail.
Able to work well in under pressure and deadlines.
Willing to approach to shop floor wherever and whenever needed.
Mature, hard working and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.
You must be well conversant in English, computer literate, highly motivated, and willing to reside in Batam.


Responsible :
Reporting to Finance & IT Director, the successful candidate will lead and manage Finance & Accounting Department team for daily finance & accounting function. He/She will involve in financial planning, cost management, financial performance review for improvement recommendation, identification of cost saving opportunities, tax planning, financial and tax report preparation and establishing effective financial control system.


This position is also required to communicate company vision and strategy and policies to all levels of organization to achieving company goals, and provide advises concerning all financial related matters for decision-making and financial impact of new laws and regulation to senior management. Additionally, the responsibilities include providing support in inventory, supply chain and production planning and liaise with tax advisors and bankers.
