1. Job Title: SOLUSI RUMAH OPERATOR
Directorate: Marketing & Innovation
Location: West Java
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to make sure that the operational activities of Solusi Rumah Workshop can be done smoothly according to the stipulated business model.
Requirements:
Education: University in Civil Engineering / Economy.
Experiences: min. 3-5 years working experience in construction, sales or operational of UKM.
Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes.
Language: Good command of English, both oral & written (would be an advantage).
Other qualifications:
-Good overall business understanding.
-Knowledge of precast concrete industry.
-Independent.
-Good leadership & negotiation skills.
-Good communication & interpersonal skills.
-Teamwork oriented.
-Able to speak Sundanese would be an advantage.
2. Job Title: QUARRY SURVEYOR
Directorate: Manufacturing
Location: Narogong
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to do the measurement & drawing on the progress of limestone quarry and also silica as well as to measure, draw and calculate the raw material stockpile volume. The person will also have to prepare data related to the quarry drawing & design. He/she will also have to process, analyze and provide report on the internal & external problems related to survey.
Requirements:
Education: University degree from Geology Engineering
Experiences: min. 5 years experience as a surveyor and have a general and special computer training.
Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, Datamine software
Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
Other qualifications:
- Knowledge of cement manufacturing process.
- Ability to operate total station and water pass.
- Knowledge of basic safety at quarry.
- Knowledge of basic quarry.
- Good level of understanding of local cultural issues and people.
- Having good communication skill.
- Display initiative and able to interact with all levels.
3. Job Title: SOLUSI RUMAH SERVICE PROVIDER
Directorate: Marketing & Innovation
Location: Central Java, DKI Jakarta/West Java, East Java
Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to monitor day-to-day activities of CPM’s productions and stocks and provide sales and technical support to prospective clients, including creating Detailed Engineering Drawing (DED) and Bill of Quantity (BoQ). He/she also will have to build strong network among retailers and CPM to increase retail selling of Solusi Rumah’s products
Requirements:
Education: Diploma degree from reputable university in Civil Eng or Architecture.
Experiences: min. 5 years working experience on construction sites as site supervisor or assistant of project manager.
Computer Literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes, ETABS/SAP for construction, MS Project
Language: Good command of English, both oral & written
Other qualifications:
- Good overall business understanding.
- Good sales ability / persuasiveness.
- Possess excellent analytical, communication & interpersonal skills, combined with an enthusiastic and well balanced approach to the job.
