Senior Test Engineer
(Batam)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
Responsibilities:
·Work up front with the customer to ensure a diagnosable and testable product
·Develop and maintain test specifications and documentation
·Verify initial products and identify manufacturability,testability,design and process deficiencies
·Support and identify process improvements without sacrificing quality
·Analyze and improve test yields
·Analyze and resolve test rejects and other system related failures
·Ensure preventative maintenance is performed and equipment uptime is improved
·Develop cost effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment
·Develop test and diagnostic programs
·Analyze and resolve test rejects and other system related failures
·Analyze and improve test yield
·Provide leadership/mentorship to junior Engineers
