General Requirements:

GPA min. 3.00 (scale 4) from reputable university.
Graduated from overseas university will be an advantage.
Proficient in English, both oral and written.
Computer literate e.g. MS. Word, Excel, Internet.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work well independently or in a team.

1. Lecturers of Accounting Study Program (Code: DS-A)

Male/Female.
Min. Master’s Degree (S2) in Accounting.
Having min. 1 year working / teaching experience in the related field.
Practitioners are welcome as guest lecturers.

2. Lecturers of Information Technology Study Program (Code: DS-IT)

Male/Female.
Min. Master’s Degree (S2) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Preferably having teaching &/ working experience in Software Engineering / Management Information System.
Practitioners are welcome as guest lecturers.

3. Lecturers of Industrial Engineering Study Program (Code: DS-IE)

Male/Female.
Min. Master’s Degree (S2) in Industrial Engineering.
Practitioners are welcome as guest lecturers.

4. Lecturers of Management Study Program:

A. Concentration in Finance (Code: DSM-FM)

Male/Female.
Min. Master’s Degree (S2) in Finance Management.
Having min. 1 year working / teaching experience in the related field.
Practitioners are welcome as guest lecturers.

B. Concentration in Human Resources Management (Code: DSM-HRM)

Male/Female.
Min. Master’s Degree (S2) in Human Resources Management.
Having min. 1 year working / teaching experience in the related field.
Practitioners are welcome as guest lecturers.

C. Concentration in International Business Management (Code: DSM-IBM)

Male/Female.
Min. Master’s Degree (S2) in International Business Management.
Min. 1 year working / teaching experience in the related field.
Practitioners are welcome as guest lecturers.

5. Lecturers of English Study Program (Code: DS-E)

Male/Female.
Min. Doctorate Degree (S3) in English Language Education / Native Speaker.
Able to teach TEFL / Language Testing / Linguistics.
Practitioners are welcome as guest lecturers.


6. IT Staff - Web Developer (Code: IT-WD)

Male/Female
Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology
Mastering visual studio.net (vb/c#)
Experienced in developing minimum 3 applications in the portfolio.
Having experience in the education institution will be an advantage.

7. Promotion Staff (Code: PR)

Male, single, max. 25 years old.
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related field.
Min. 1 year working experience as promotion or public relation staff.
Mastery for foreign languages and graphic design will be an advantage.
Excellent public speaking skill and sociable personality.
Willing to travel and enjoy working in the field

8. IT Staff - System Administrator (IT-SA)

Male/Female
Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology.
Familiar in using the products of Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and ISA.
Understanding the hardware and installation.
Able to do troubleshooting.

9. International Relations Staff (Code: IR)

Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in International Relations.
Having working experience as IR staff at educational institution will be an advantage.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
Able to do effective correspondence in English.
Able to build network with overseas organizations.
Proficiency in other languages would be preferable

10. Human Capital Development Staff (Code: HCD)

Female, Max.25 years old.
Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
Able to conduct psycho-test and analysis.
Skillful in handling administrative tasks.
Outgoing personality and hardworking.
Having working experience in educational institution will be an advantage.


11. Administration Staff

LPPM / Lembaga Penelitian & Pengabdian Masyarakat (Code: AS-LPPM)
PPIG / Perencanaan Pengembangan & Income Generating (Code: AS-PPIG)
Kemahasiswaan & Alumni (Code: AS-KEM)
• Female, Max. 30 years old.
