He will be as Mechanical Engineer GLS, He will handle day to day activity to minimize productive Time loss due to equipment malfunction and create operating conditions conducive to the attainment of World – Class Standards. With strongly experience on leadership (handle of people and organize of work)

Key Objective:
To assist Equipment Manager to handle the maintenance of lamps production machinery.
Prepare a master schedule for Equipment maintenance activities.
Prepare non-ambiguous procedure for all Equipment maintenance activities.
Supervise that job are carried out in accordance to specified maintenance procedure
Maintain good communication with production supervisors and operators to attain good working relationship.
Working hand in hand with Industrial Engineering to recommend working environment, lay out, facility, building and improvement.
Alert to better methods in an effort to produce more quality products at reduce cost. Supervise the implementation of authorized personal policies, rules, regulations and safety programs.
Ensuring that all activities are carried out in safe and healthy manner.
Ensure continuous learning and improvement by gathering correct data and information perform a required analysis.

Key Area Responsible:
To establish culture of continuous improvement and create operating conditions conducive to the attainment of World – Class Standards minimize productive time loss due to equipment malfunction & improve machine capability, which will assist in the acceleration of improvements in quality products, material reject and productivity per man – hours.

Strata 1 / Engineer with background Mechanical.
