PT. Kimberly-Clark Indonesia, fast Multinational FMCG company (with worldwide brand names, such as Kotex, Huggies, Kleenex, Trentis, Scott Paper and Kimberly-Clark Professional) is currently looking for high qualified individuals to support our fast growing business in Indonesia for the following key position:

PLANNER TRAINEE (Code: PT)

Ideal candidates should fulfill the following requirement:

Graduated University degree from any discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering.
2 – 3 years progressive experience in materials or production control preferably from FMCG multi national company.
An advance of material planning and manufacturing process knowledge is required.
Broad-based knowledge of supply / demand process.
Familiar with SAP would be an advantage.
Excellent Computer skill.
Excellent Active English.


Key Duties:

This position is responsible for day to day management of the Master Production Schedule, as it relates to action unplanned forecast demand, forecast shortfalls, production and inventory changes, allowing accurate and up to date information which in turn drives materials and capacity requirements and customer order dating.
To ensure Supply on Time in Full (SOTIF), and apply necessary corrective action to achieved Company objective.
The position also ensures the safety, occupational health, quality and house keeping are meeting with the company objectives and in the proper condition in accordance with KC’s standard.
This post will be for 1 year contract basis.
