SERVICE ENGINEER
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics
• Experience in supervisory and management go projects, people, work processes in a workshop setting
• Preferable with hands-on hydraulics equipment servicing experience
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule and control the daily operations of the Project and/or Service Sections.
• Manage service personnel in the execution of all in-house service, repair, trouble shooting and assembly works with the desired quality, lowest cost, using the most efficient methods, safest process to ensure prompt delivery.
• Ensure material availability for the jobs in the Project and/or Service Section.
• Initiate, assign work and monitor jobs to the service personnel every morning and throughout the day.
• Initiate corrective actions for non-conforming jobs by liaising with the relevant person involved.
• Preparation of the required reports and ensuring the discipline of service personnel
• Initiate recommendation for purchase of service/ tooling/ work equipment when the need arises.
