General Requirement:

Bachelor degree, any discipline, preferably from Psychology / Legal / Management
Min 4 years experience for Head, 2 year for Staff in the same position, having experience in holding company with more than 200 employees and hands on experience on above job description
A result oriented person, team player, self motivated, dynamic and willing to traveling.
Possessing positive work attitudes, initiatives and maturity in dealing with people
Willing to work under pressure condition, can work meet deadline with high speed & high accuracy level
Good communication skill in English, Computer literate
