Requirements:
University degree
Have experience as customer service or marketing from banking industry is a must, preferably experience in custodian bank
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Excellent communication skill & teamwork
Have customer service skill
Waperd or AWM Certified will be advantage
Key responsibilities is to support Share Holder Services in customer activities, related to transaction and customer complaint with focus on Customer Contact Center.
