Expert in application development methodology (SDLC, RUP), database design and system network
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Telecommunication related degree or Information Systems/Management or Industrial Engineering from reputable university
At least 4 years experience in similar capacity from Telco industries / IT / Manufacturing
