1. Batam-Pekan Baru SITAC Coordinator (NET-STC-C)

Responsibilities:
• Identifies the needed regional site Acquisition personnel and assists the Area Manager in re-sourcing them
• Allocates sites to the Site Acquisition Supervisors
• Controlling the site acquisition process within the area according the defined time schedule, including following up all the needed actions to proceed the process such as checking SITAC legal document checklist, approval of site rental above ceiling cap and community donation, direct negotiation with landlord
• Controlling successful acceptance of all regional site acquisition works by vendor in accordance to the defined time schedule and the scope of work
• Supervising regional status reporting process
• Following up the application for PLN up/downgrades of existing sites
• Liaison with other parties both external and internal such vendors, RNP teams, legal representative, CME, finance, landlord and local authority

Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in civil engineering/law
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related work at telecommunication project
• Familiar with SITAC and IMB process/procedure and legal documentation
• Good at negotiation skill and reporting
• Familiar with MS-office programs
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written


2. Batam-Pekan Baru CME Coordinator (NET-CME-C)

Responsibilities:
• Identifying the needed regional construction personnel, and assist the Area manager in re-sourcing them
• Allocating sites to the construction supervisor
• controlling the construction process within the area according the defined time schedule
• Organizing the required training for the construction supervisor
• Controlling successful acceptance of area construction work by vendor in accordance to the defined time schedule and the scope of work
• Arranging construction supervisors for performing acceptance test
• Checking detail design & as build Pack, BoQ and CME binder
• Supervising area status reporting process
• Status reporting towards the internal management and issues daily site reports

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree majoring from civil engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in related work at telecommunication project
• Familiar with CME process and procedure, field work, BoQ and design/calculation
• Familiar with MS office programs
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
