EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (SECR)
Minimum Requirements:
3 Yrs Secretarial Diploma, preferably Asmi/ Tarakanita graduates.
Have 2-3 yrs experience as Secretary for President Director.
Strong Computer skill (MS Office).
Good command in English for both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure with very limited supervision.
Willing to be hired as contractual employment for initially 6 months period.
Jobs Responsible:
The incumbent will be responsible to provide secretarial support to President Director, manage local employees travel arrangements (flight booking, hotel reservation, etc.) and manage Foreigners Visiting the company (updating visitor database, flight booking, hotel reservation, pickup arrangement, welcoming kits, etc).
