URGENT REQUIREMENTS
Techpack Asia is a subsidiary of US listed Alcan Packaging. It is based in Semarang, Central Java. We are global manufacturers of Beauty related packaging. Read about us at www.alcanpackaging.com.
We are expanding our operations in Asia and are seeking to fill the following exciting position in Semarang, Central Java.
1. PRODUCTION MANAGER (PM)
Main tasks :
Lead, implement and serve as a change agent of a lean manufacturing project following plans, processes & programs from its foreign head office
Responsible for the manufacturing plant operations, monitoring & improving operations productivity, efficiency & quality
Draw up production schedule; determining human & material resources needed; supervising & motivating a team of workers and planning, coordinating & control of industrial processes
The candidate should be an Engineer degree holder, 35-40 years old with at least 5 years in an industrial manufacturing field; basic understanding of business principles and KPIs and outstanding leadership and team playing qualities
2. PROJECT MANAGER (ProM)
Main tasks :
Responsible to make sure project running as schedule
Following customer specification starting from win the project to first shipment
The appointee should be an Engineer degree holder with minimum GPA 2.75
Max. 35 years of age with at least 2 years experience as Industrial Engineer or Project Manager
Experience with Microsoft Project (FMEA and Risk Management) is preferable
