Various Jobs : Production, QC and Logistic

Our Client, a multinational beverages company located in SUKABUMI is seeking people to fill in managerial positions with following experiences and skills :
1. Logistic (Supply Chain) Manager (LM-Bev)
2. QC Manager (QC-Bev)
3. Production Manager (PM-Bev)

1.Logistic (Supply Chain) Manager (LM-Bev)

Ø Manage all logistic of plant: raw material, finished good and engineering parts/supplies
Ø Responsible of daily operation of RM warehouse and engineering store to ensure production are running well
Ø Responsible of production planning
Ø Optimize supply and inventory of FG considering sales forecast and production capacity
Ø Managing Production Department’s capital expenditure and operational expenditure
Ø Promote continues improvement in term of quality, service, cost and safety


2.QC Manager (QC-Bev)

Ø Managing all quality matters to ensure all quality of finished good produced meet with standard quality.
Ø Managing all test method to ensure all and raw material for production are fulfill standard quality
Ø Managing Production Department’s capital expenditure and operational expenditure
Ø Liaising with Purchasing Dept Head and Production Manager to ensure high quality of raw material and finished good
Ø Promote continues improvement in term of quality, service, cost and safety


3.Production Manager (PM-Bev)

Ø Managing all production matters to ensure all Production Department KPI’s are accomplished
Ø Operating and optimizing all resources, such as: machine, raw material and man power to translate all production planning into finished good in timely and most efficient manner
Ø Managing Production Department’s capital expenditure and operational expenditure
Ø Conducting machine and other factory maintenance
Ø Promote continues improvement in term of quality, service, cost and safety


General Requirement (For all Position):

Ø Having a bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university
Ø Having minimal 7 years relevant working experience with minimal 3 years in managerial level
Ø Familiar with an ERP system, factory environment and safety management
Ø Having working experience in consumer goods industry, preferable from beverage industry
Ø Having good knowledge of GMP,HACCP, ISO and SMK3
Ø Hard worker, problem solver and a teamwork player
Ø Willing to be placed at Cicurug, Sukabumi, Jawa Barat
