Account & Payroll Executive
Requirements:
• Preferably candidate with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or other equivalent qualification
• Up to date working knowledge of Indonesia tax and other regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of Indonesia manpower requirements an advantage
• A team player who is highly motivated, focused and able to work under pressure
• At least 3 years of working experience in doing Full set of Accounts and Financial Analysis
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are essentials
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
• Able to meet datelines and perform under tight schedules
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Working experience in audit firm an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Dertake payroll computations for personnel based in Indonesia and throughout the Asia Pacific region and assist with payments within the datelines
• Assist in costing and compiling of documents for Indonesia project bidding
• Prepare reports to meet Indonesia tax and other statutory requirements
• Liaise with external parties (government bodies etc) and ensure compliance of works
• Assist in providing timely management reporting, monthly profit & loss accounts and financial statements
• Prepare monthly inter-company reconciliations
• To assist in any other accounting areas as and when required
• Able to multi task and appreciate challenges
