We, an established Indonesian business group is currently developing a number of new projects / subsidiaries in various industries ranging from plantation, fishery,property, forestry, mining, etc. We are inviting high caliber professionals to join us for the following positions :

1. Internal Auditor (IA)

Responsibilities:
Conduct corporate audit activities, in accordance with Corporate Audit's standards
Perform all fieldwork in competent and professional manner. Provide evidential support for all report recommendations
Identify and document controls or lack thereof to protect assets from loss,evaluate areas of risk and detect and prevent fraud
Prepare adequate work papers as required by type of audit
Interact with all levels of management at audited sites
Interact as required with external auditors
Assist in the preparation of documents and reports that are required for use by audit committee and other senior management requirements

Spesific Requirements:
Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Accounting
Good understanding of internal controls, generally accepted auditing standards and generally accepted accounting principles
Have experience as Internal Auditor or Accounting Staff for 2 - 3 years,preferably in following industries : CPO plantation, Fishery, Forestry , Office building, Mining , Hotel

General Requirements for all positions :
Have an excellent communication skills
Have attention to details, organized and be able to meet deadlines
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Computer literate
Strong leadership, good strategic and analytical thinking
Loyal, independent, honest, energetic and hardworking person
Strong problem-solving skills & initiative


2. Treasury (TRS)

Responsibilities:
Manage the operational liquidity of the company by monitoring, allocating,and executing funds according to company’s operational requirements and further to place the excess or idle cash in secure financial instruments.
Prepare report and provide support data for external and internal reporting requirements and to update and maintain safekeeping of data and documents of Treasury related activities.
Responsible in facilitating the operational activities that deal with banks as well as reducing risks associated with operational activities on assets and company by enrolling in variety insurance coverage.

Spesific Requirements:
Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Accounting
Good understanding in treasury, accounting, banking, financial and insurance an will be more preferable
Have experience as Treasury or Accounting Staff for 1 - 2 years, preferably in following industries: CPO plantation, Fishery, Forestry, Office Building,Mining, Hotel


3. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial
management and compliance in one of new formed subsidiaries.
This individual will facilitate the best processes and procedures for the
finance organization and business as a whole. He should be able to provide key leadership in financial functions, including planning and analysis; cash flow (sources and uses); financial control; treasury; audit; taxes; information systems; investments and corporate development activities.

Requirements :
At least S-1 university graduate in Finance/.Accounting
A CPA or Chartered Accountant is a strong plus
Have experiences in finance for at least 8 years including at least 3 years as Finance Director or senior executive.
Preferably having experience in the following industries:
- Fishery
- Forestry
Be hand-on approach to business


4. Accounting Staff (ACS)

The successful candidate will be assigned to handle accounting aspects in one of new formed subsidiaries or new ventures.

Spesific Requirements :
Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Accounting
Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
Have experience as Accounting Staff for 1 - 2 years, preferably in following industries: CPO plantation, Fishery, Forestry, Office Building, Mining , Hotel
Willing to be assigned / located in the field


5. Accounting Manager (ACM)

The successful candidate will be assigned to handle financing aspects in one of new formed subsidiaries as well as set up and implement appropriate accounting system of the new ventures.

Responsibilities :
Set up, implement and manage the accounting system
Prepare budget for the whole company considering short term and long term needs
Maintain liquidity and manage working capital and cash flow management
Monitor, control, age and chase receivable and its collection
Monitor, control and arrange payment as well as setting terms of payment
Develop, implement and adjust financial guidelines and procedures as per latest requirement
Advice and analyst profitability in relation with Sales Revenue, Cost of Goods
Sold, and other Cost of Selling, Promotion and Administration
Arrange tax planning and payment in coordination with accounting and tax department
Maintain contacts with customers and supplier for payments
Propose measures to improve operational performance

Spesific Requirements :
Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Accounting with strong sense in conducting sound financial balance
Have good knowledge and experience in budgeting, treasury, and financial planning
Have experience as Accounting Manager for at least 3 years, preferably in following industries: CPO plantation, Fishery, Forestry, Office Building, Mining , Hotel
Have experience in establishing finance and accounting system
Have hand-on approach to business
Have an excellent communication skills
