Management Trainee (MT) & Graduate Trainees (GT)

Training period : One year (After the successful completion of training period, permanent employment may be offered based on the trainee’s performance / potential and company’s needs)

Role: Preparing one self to become one of the future leaders in the company by continuously learning and directly involving in various aspects of motorcycle manufacturing processes.


Requirement :

S-1 & S-2 in Mechanical Engineering
Graduate of 2007 is a must
IPK minimum 2.80 – for S1
IPK minimum 3.00 – for S2
A few selected Graduate trainees will have the opportunity to undergo training in TVS Motor Company, India for the entire period of one year.
