PT Shields Security Solution
Security Industry PT Shields Security Solution is now looking for Branch Managers (both Male and Female) for the Jakarta / Jabotabek area as well as for Bali, Pekanbaru, Balikpapan, Surabaya and Medan. As the Branch Manager you will be the center of our local business. Your core functions will be to maintain current clients and establish connections with prospective clients. The job includes both sales and security operations including planning, administration, project management and calculations. You will also need to handle HR matters and relations with the local community.
Our HR, F&A, Business Development and Operations Support teams will both set out guidelines and assist your daily work. You will need to supervise at least one Operations Coordinator and other office / operational staff depending on the client volume of the branch.

Requirements:
-Experience in the security industry is an advantage but we will give you all the skills and support you need, to accomplish your targets.
-Are an excellent communicator and talk / write English fluently.
-Are a fast and flexible learner in everything related to the position, from detecting customer needs to implementing new products and services.
-Have the hunger and natural commitment to plan, roll out and exceed targets.
-Are an excellent motivator who deeply understands the importance of good and qualified leadership.
-Have had hands-on experience in sales and marketing.
-Are totally self-motivated with years of experience as a results driven manager, with a degree in Business Administration.
