Data Center Engineer

Requirements:
• Basic networking is preferable.
• Strong knowledge in UNIX OS, Shell Programming, Oracle PL/SQL, Ms Windows, SQL Server.
• 1 year on UNIX & Oracle Environment
• S1 Information Management/ Computer

Job Duties
• Support desk & complaint handling
• Dispatch, coordination & escalation problem to billing specialist or vendor
• Problem Solving, Analysis & Service Restoration
• Operation and Maintenance of Data Center UNX server
