In Saudi Arabia, we have already carried out various large scale projects and can expect a lot of future projects in the field of oil and gas. For the importance of Saudi market, we plan to establish
a new EPC company in Saudi Arabia, named “JGC Gulf International” (which is under company registration process), with a view to expanding into the Middle East. The new company will start up our high quality EPC services within a year same as the quality of JGC Corporation in Japan. To start smoothly, we should urgently reinforce a capacity of engineering manpower by new employments, not only by shifting from JGC Corporation. For the new staff we are ready to provide an opportunity to learn the best practice of JGC. For the reason above mentioned, we are searching for
