Senior Quality Manager
(Riau - Batam)
The Person:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or Quality Management.
At least 3 years’ managerial experience in electronic industry.
Hands-on experience with six-sigma and lean manufacturing.
Strong leadership and analytical skills to drive quality improvement program.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Knowledge of German and Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage.
Able to travel on short notice.
The Job:
Manage all activities related to product quality to ensure all products meet applicable specification including driving quality program to improve process capability towards zero defects.
Manage all quality related activities for new and existing products to fulfill customer requirements.
Evaluate and improve process and product capability to achieve operating profit and objectives.
Manage customer claims promptly with appropriate corrective and preventive action.
Maintain effective quality system in accordance with ISO/TS16949 standard.
Drive quality offensive program towards zero defects to enhance customer satisfaction
