1.Technical Development Manager
Requirements :
University degree from Mechanical Engineering field preferably in Industrial Design
Experience in Project Management
Having minimum 5 years experience as Technical Development Manager, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Good command in English both Verbal & Written
Familiar with Microsoft Project
Willing to travel across Indonesia
This position will report to VP Operations. The incumbent is responsible to :
Develop / implement new technologies, new equipment, new packaging for the beverage process / product
Manage and drive project with clear milestone and consistent with budget
Liaise between relevant parties in order to ensure that project objectives are effectively and efficiently delivered
2.Plant Manager
Requirements :
University degree in Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering with min GPA.2.75
Minimum work experience 4 years as Manager in manufacturing area at FMCG
Experienced in Production/Technical/Quality Control
Familiar with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, HACCP&GMP, TPM and SMK3
Possess strong leadership, and a team Player
Good command in English both verbal & written
This position will report to VP Operations. The incumbent is responsible to :
Ensures that production and quality/continuous improvement meet agreed targets
Monitor production procedure and standards of work to ensure that quality and safety standards are maintained
Monitor the plan and work schedule consistent with budgetary cost and quality standard
Implement and works with TPM (Total Productive Management ) according to company approach
